Note on the CCSL searches. The CCSL web site is currently using two search methods. The main ccsl.org pages uses Atomz hosted search which will search all the ccsl pages. This requires that the pages be re-indexed whenever changes are made. 

The second search method is used when you reach the "find a consultant" page. This is a direct search of the database of members.

The database search  can search changes you make as soon as you enter them. The Atomz search cannot find the changes until it is re-indexed. I have added an email notification to myself whenever the database is searched.  I will then run a re-index. 

We have decided to add the free Atomz search to add higher visibility to the features of our web pages. We also elected to let Atomz search index the member pages too. Unfortunately, since it is a free service, I have to manually reindex it whenever there is a change. I think the time lag is probably worth the extra visibility we get by combining the regular web page search with the database search. I will run the re-index as soon as I receive the email notification that a member has made a change. At least your changes are immediately available from the member page. (Cheryl Hammond)
